HER SAD STORY!

Tuesday, March 18, 2008 0 Comments

(cam-whoring w my cute cousin, & my lousy samsung camera fone)

i had a calm morning today,
bt a busy noon.
patient kips cuming non-stop til nearly 4.

i came across tis patient today,
whom i feel v sad abt.

ME: ok, im going to do a vision test for u.
PATIENT: no use alrd, im going blind soon.
ME: be more optimistic, thr wil sure be a way out.
PATIENT: i alrd asked e doc, he sae he can do nth abt it.
ME: tis kinda ting hav to do it slowly, panick oso no use.
mayb see him first & see wad type of treatment can be done.
PATIENT: i noe, bt i hav seen him for like 4yrs alrd
& im owas worried abt my eyes. im happy for u.
ME: Y?!
PATIENT: ure stil so young. i feel so happy for u cos u hav a healthy pair of eyes.
unlike mi, im goin to be blind soon.
ME: pls dunc-sae tat. ure going to be fine.

its v saddening when a patient tells u tis.
i reali feel v sad for her!
SERIOUSLY!
its like her vision is reali bad,
yet she tells mi she feels happy for me cos i stil hav a gd pair of eyes.
im lost for words yet sad for her.

i hope smth can be done,
& she can hav her pair of healthy eyes again!

human hav tis sdupit mantality.
when smth is lost,
u will den feel e importance of it.

for example an uncle of mine.
recently he had a fall,
& he fractured his petella (kneecap).
& he jus did an op.
( replaced his petalla w a piece metal so as to straighten it & let it heal )

he cant blend his right leg,
& was aided w a walking stick.
he will nt be able to work for more den 6mths til he recovers.

" MAN WILL ALWAYS REALISE E IMPORTANCE OF SMTH WHEN ITS LOST"

tis is wad he told me.
& tis sentence is seriously so true!
hope he has a speedy recovery!
