I hate periods to the max!!! How good will it be if woman doesnt hav period & the cramps! How i wish i was a guy!! As usual, it gives me painful cramps again during work! I was like half dead & it was hell painful!
I feel as if the whole of my reproductive organs was dropping out & im not being exaggerating ok! The pain radiates all the way to my legs & it makes me weak! I hav to hold my tummy and walk slowly. Couldnt take it so i went home at 11AM. Went to hav some hot soup with HuaMei & i felt better. Thanks girl for the help!!

Embalm: to treat a deceased human being so as to protect from decay
Embalming is the science of the care of the deceased. This procedure involves delaying decomposition, a temporary disinfection of the body along with careful manipulation of the physical and facial features. Combined, these treatments are to restore a visual status to the deceased human remains that are more appealing to the public while still supporting the realization that a death has occurred. This is completed in a dignified and respectful manner.
Embalming replaces the normal body fluids with formaldehyde or gluteraldehyde, which chemically binds the proteins in human remains to protect them and destroy bacteria and viruses that naturally occur in human tissue. When a person dies, the natural antibodies in our tissue die as well and bacteria will quickly multiply and breakdown the tissues as it hosts these foreigners.
Embalming may have originated in Egypt and has been in practice dating back to the kings and pharaohs of their ancient civilizations. They have been found preserved in their burial chambers, not necessarily with chemicals, but with wine, spices, oils, resins, salts, and perfumes. The removal of their organs that contained the bacteria, along with an arid environment, helped to support their preservation and thus promote the embalming techniques of that time.
The discovery of formaldehyde in 1859 supported further activity in embalming. In modern times, embalming techniques were altered to use the arterial system in our bodies to transmit fluid throughout our vessels, not just our organs.
While some religious groups in America do not use embalming, it is widely used throughout the United States with arterial embalming being the most common. Other embalming techniques are usually required when an autopsy is performed on the decedent.
The embalming procedure today consists of removing blood from the body by inserting a tube into the heart or large vein near the heart and emptying quantities of blood from the body. While the blood is being withdrawn from the vein the embalming solution (formaldehyde / gluteraldehyde) is being entered into the arteries. The skin accepts the injected fluids and begins to hydrate and appear more acceptable for viewing. The face may begin to fill out and also become more agreeable for viewing but it may need direct injections in certain areas that are still unacceptable. The mouth will require adhesion of sorts to keep features in place, eye-caps are placed under the eyelids, with petroleum jelly or humectants being applied to the eye area, and cosmetic coloration may be used to further the best appearance possible. Near the final stages of preparation, embalming fluids may be directed into the chest and abdominal cavity with the preparatory help of an invasive device called a Trocar, used to infiltrate these areas and make them accessible to these fluids. All embalmed organs will be put back into the stomach with plastic shield & will be sewed up.
Upon completion of the embalming, the funeral director will determine the body to be ready for clothing and application of cosmetics if needed. The family may supply the appropriate dress, suit, sweater, etc. that fits the personality of the deceased. This preparation for the final appearance of the deceased is one of the most important aspects of the entire funeral experience and attention to detail is paramount.

My sis also told me the same thing ystd! But how true is this news?! I went to do some research & found this news from Channel News Asia. Police have arrested a 19—year—old in connection with an SMS hoax suggesting a terrorist attack in the Bugis area in downtown Singapore.
Police said that since Friday night, a text message was being circulated around Singapore about a possible terrorist attack in the busy Bugis area.
Several callers to Channel NewsAsia also said they had received the SMS.
Although there was no credible evidence of such an attack, Police said they still took the necessary precautions to enhance security in the area.
Police assure the public there is no cause for alarm as investigations showed the SMS was unsubstantiated.
But it is also giving a stern warning to those who perpetuate such hoaxes, adding that they will not hesitate to take action against them.

I love today! I drank a bottle of cough syrup ystd night to make myself sleep. Despite knowing that it would bring me insomnia, i still drank it. I only manage to fall asleep around 4-5AM.
Woke up at 2.30PM but i was still drowsy & sleepy, but i did not continue to sleep! Bf is having his major exam today & it will last for 1 week! Poor boy, studying all day long! I hope he will pass with flying colors!

Im breaking apart!
Im suffering from serious bodyaches since ystd morning! I endured throughout work cause it was damn busy ystd! Shag~! By the end of work, my legs are like breaking apart!
Waited for Reb till 5PM at houseman cafe & headed to PS with her. We hunted for her handphone pounch & went to sit down in Ice Monster to wait for Stella! Seriously, my legs cannot make it anymore even though i wore the support stocking during work!
Stella came afterwhich & we had our dinner together. Proceeded back to class. We were to late to catch the last shuttle bus to sch, therefore, we walked all the way to sch from Queenstown. A guy stepped on my toe when i was alighting from the train. It was damn painful & the crystal i pasted on my toe dropped off. Imagine how hard he step!
The way the lecturer talk makes me want to sleep! Was damn tired & nothing gets into my brain! We all decided to go home during break since nothing went into our system!
No shuttle bus at that time, so we walked back to Queenstown MRT. As we were walking, there is this Indian guy walking towards our direction. He walked pass me & his perspiring hand bang onto my arm & there was a very loud bone-to-bone knocking sound! It was damn painful!
I shouted "Oei" at him, but he ignored & continue walking as if nothing had happened! Was he made of wood or what?! The knock makes my arm goes red yet he has no pain at all?!
Damn, he walks without looking & doesnt even bother to sorry before he goes! The worst part was, his hand was damn sweaty & when he knocks onto my hand, my hand was damn wet too! Super disguisting can?!! Fuxker!
Reached home, bath & lie in bed. I didnt even bother to on my lappy as i was too tired! I took some painkillers & muscle relaxant before i sleep. I didnt went to work today as i was having a slide fever & headache! My body aches too!
Wanted to see a doc, but i took somemore painkiller & headed back to sleep. By the time i wake up, i was quite ok alrd, so i didnt visit the doc! Hopefully, the pain goes away by tml!

Nursing job is so suxk can?! Im starting to hate it man! Hate it for making me walk non-stop for 8hours a day for 5 days a week & pushing those heavy metal beds around for the whole day!
That is so bullshit man!! In a few more months, i will start to hav muscles growing on my thighs & arm & i will look like a muscle woman! LOL! Yucks, that is so fugly alright!
At the end of the day, i always feel that my legs are breaking apart! The tough physical job makes me increase my appetite & its so tedious till my back aches! Damn, im falling apart sooner or later!
How i wish i can seat down comfortably during work! At least my poor legs will not suffer! But, .. .. .. .. Should i or not?! Its a big decision!!

Yippee, i change a new tagboard! Im still new to Haloscan, so im kinda noobish! Thanks to JieTing who solved my doubts! Hope to learn more & explore more as time goes!
Wonder what makes me change my tagboard? I still love & prefer the features & customization of Smartgb, but sometimes it do gimmi some problems! I hav people coming to me in my friendster or MSN saying that they cant tag in my Smartgb & there were blocked from tagging!
But the problem is, i didnt even block anyone? And my Smartgb is going to be full in no time! Aww, my photobucket is also full! Time to create a new account! Urg!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY TO ALL!! PS: Dear, ILY, no matter what happens, you will alway be my Valentine!
I think this is the damn sdupit day to celebrate! Ya, its a day for all people to announce their love to their valentine! But what happens to the people who are single?! They will feel more sad & lonely cause they are single & has no valentine!
Well, everyday can be a valentine! For all you know, just treat the one you love with love everyday & everyday will be Valentine's Day! Issnt it?!

I think im having this bad karma recently! Bf & i always hav a quarrel one day before a special day! For eg, our 3rd year anniversary - 01.12.08 & the day before Valentine's Day - 13.02.09! Issnt it a bad karma?! Dunc know what is wrong & god love to choose the day before a special date to make us quarrel! Bullshit!
Anyway, im fine w Bf alrd! Went to JP with Bf today! Cause we wanted to catch a movie & i prefer JP's Golden Village much more then any other cinema, so we were stucked in JP for the whole day! Movie was at 3.45PM & we walked endlessly in the mall before we are seated in the theatre!
Movie: Love Matters Rating: 4.5/5 Comments: Hilarious & materialistic! A good catch!
After the movie, we were surprised that the actors stood before us & was talking in the cinema! A big surprised as they suddenly walked up via the stairs! & there were a shooting session with them! Bf & i managed to take pictures with them! Cool uh! My first time!
YES, IM DAMN SHORT! LOL!
After that, wanted to go Kushinbo for buffet but the que was so long & stagnant for more den 30mins so we decided to dined into some other places! As its quite packed everywhere, we managed to get a seat in Crystal Jade. I was full to explode at the end of the dinner! Gosh!!
Walked around again. Brought "Jelly Lens" for my camera! Its a lens to stick on the camera or phone to make your pictures special. Special in a sense that it comes with effect! There is a few types of effect but i only brought the one to make my picture to have star-like effect!
Headed home after which! Im damn tired! How was your Valentine?!

I've a friend and her name is Wendy, her pet name is Peachy. Her paw points increased from 394,292 to 489,292. In fact, I've many friends with 34 level and high paw points. I noticed this girl because her rank in my friend list is kind of behind, but today i saw her in the first rank.
So I'm not sure if i should report her. Because i don't know if one person can get 95,000 paw points a day.

Are you taking a train or a bus to school/work everyday?! Well, i hav to take both in order to reach my workplace! Well, seriously, i hate to take both the train & the bus in the early morning!
Ystd, i was queing to board the bus & this aunty bump me & i fly alittle. She was like so afraid that she will miss the bus but the bus was kinda empty & not many people are queing to board!! And when i was on the bus, i was standing beside a pole. There was this plumb sec school student leaning against the pole!
I think she is being inconsiderate! If she were to lean against the pole, she is occupying the surface area of the whole pole & where else can other passenger hold? Dunc you think this is a damn selfish act?!
And when the bus stop at a bus stop for passenger to alight, there is a slight commotion cause people are angry that they missed the bus as it is fully packed & they cant board anymore!
Did you notice that only Singaporeans will dash out of the train once the door opens? I dunc know what is the reason behind it! I think this is too much! Cant they just walk faster instead of running out/in? If the door is closing & that you run to catch it, its understandable! But you run for nothing?!

Im really so not feeling like to go to work today, as usual, dragged myself to work for the sake of one word - MONEY!! Well, we cant live without money in SG!!
My leg aches everyday caused during work! Image u hav to walk tons & tons of kilometers for 8hours daily?! Being a nurse is a tough thing! Sooner or later, all my veins will slowly appear! I dunc wan to develop DVT!!
Supposedly, im having lesson tonight, but i got a notice that it was cancelled cause the lecturer is not feeling well! I jumped upon seeing the notice cause i was so tired after work & i dunc feel like going at all!
Went over to Bf's place after work! Bf just send his lappy for servicing therefore i helped him installed all the necessary programs while he study for his exam tml! I musy salute to him, cause he did 3 pass year papers in a day! Woohoo, i can never do that cause i will surely fall asleep!
Bf's having his major exam in a week's time! I can see that he is studying real hard! My poor boy! Dear, good luck oh!

Im unlucky yet lucky! Gah, i guess you dunc understand my sentence, do you?! Well, im unlucky to lost all the rare toys & Halloween stuff in Pet Society, but a great friend of mine trade me almost everything i hav lost at a super duper low price!
Yay, my stuff are back in my shelf again! Its great!! And she even gave me one golden poo poo which i hav not seen in real life! A million thanks to Gek!! I love you, very much!
I was shock too cause Bf send me a msg in Pet Society! He knows im sad over the things i hav lost last night! Love you too, darling!
NOW ITS MY PROPER RANTING!
I want to take back this sentence i said a few weeks/months back! "I want to fall sick too!" If you hav been a daily reader of mine, you would know!
Not long ago, i found a lump in my left breast, & so i thought the mense might cause the lump therefore, i hav decided to monitor it till my mense are over. But sadly, its still there after my mense!
Im not sure what is it, but its might be a serious case & if worst comes to worst, i may need to undergo operation & treatment! Im seriously scared & worried right now! Im so scared of what the verdict might be!
After having been work in an operating theatre, im really scared of operations! I know when my patient ranted that they are afraid & nervous, i would always reply & tell them that its going to be alright & everything will be find! It will not be painful!
But deep down in my heart, i know if im the one on the operating table, i will not ever believe such words! Those are just a sentence of comforting from the nurses! Its not going to be painless! Oh pls, i dunc wan to undergo any operation!
Im really worried of my health! Im going to see a doc tml about my breast tingy & also to go to KKH for my cardiac review! Pls pray for me & i really hope that its not something serious!!!

Oh fuxk, i think im the most unlucky person on Earth! Fuxk! I hate Pet Society for the moment! Wendy is undergoing depression!
THINGS IN MY HOUSE GOT MISSING OUT OF THE SUDDEN!!
I lost most of my extincted rare stuff in my house!
I didnt do anything & when i login again, it suddenly went missing!!! I love those things yet it went missing! I know its kinda dumb to get sad over a game, but i just love those stuff & it got missing!!

Anybody encounter the same problem, pls gimmi some solution to it! Im afraid the PS GIFT WAY might be called off or postpone, depending on the situation!

Didnt wanted to go but changed my mind in the end, so i went! I was practically dragging & dreading myself to work today! Simply tired & not motivated to work at all!
Today is not a good day too! So many new added cases in the afternoon! Yucks, i hate it when they add cases to the list! Bad day!! Hope next week will be a better one!
I cant image, im real daring today! I didnt put on my bra during work but i wore the scrub suit with my jacket over it! LOL! Cause i wore a tube bra today as i was wearing a tube dress, & its a little loose & its making me uncomfortable during work as i hav to be very mobile every seconds, so i decided to take it off during work!
Dunc worry, my breast was not visible to the public as my uniform is way too thick! But i was super cold cause normally i wore 4 pieces of clothing including my bra, but today, i wore only 2 pieces!
Today was a long day! Finished work & proceeded to Novena to meet Stella. Had pasta for dinner. The pasta was not very nice but still edible! Walked around as we were still early & headed to class after which.
We were both damn tired & we were at the point of deciding whether to go home or to sch but in the end we chose to go to sch since we were half way there. But, we did not regret the choice we chose cause class was fun!
The lecturer was practically damn hilarious during the lesson & we laughed throughout the whole of his lesson! Laughter cures the tiredness! Great way to start the first lesson with!
Time passes damn fast in his lesson! Business law is absolutely interesting luh! Its about law in Singapore & the constitution power! I like it alot, but its a tough subject too! Hopefully i can pass cause im not very good with my words!
Alright, im going to bed, im damn tired!!

FUXK, I HATE IT!
My school reopened ystd! Met Stella after work at Plaza Sing! We went to "Ice Monster" for dinner! My first time thr & the food was marvellous! Im a mango lover, so the menu suits me perfectly cause they used mango as an ingredient in most of their dishes! Yay, i love mango!!~ YUMMY~
After dinner, we went for class! Cat, Stella & i sat in a row! Guess what?! We were not attentive in class, all 3 of us too out our handphone once we stepped into the class & started surfing the wireless internet all the way till lesson ends! The lesson is damn boring & dry! Great thanks to my dear phone whom accompanied me & cure my boredom!
Lesson ended at 9.20PM & headed home! What a long day!
Fuxk it man! Today is the worst day of the week! One word - Indescribable! Damn hectic & messy especially in the noon & i barely hav a chance to seat down to let my leg rest! Everytime i take a glance at the clock, i wish it was 4 o'clock!
My poor leg hav to suffer, so does my back! Im having this serious backache, achy legs & my tummy feels funny throughout the day! After i got home, i felt nausea! God, im kinda sick! I wan to fall sick! FYI, i hav not been sick for more den 5 years! Damn bloody right?!
Im tired, seriously tired out mentally & physically! I hate to push those heavy beds with patients on top & i hate to walk hundreds of kilometers during work! Basically cause it makes me real tired everyday & im working for the sake of working!

Tired, shag & achy!
Today is a bad & busy day to start the week with! Noon was super chaotic cause tremendous changes are made here & there without proper informing! And there were 4 GA(General Anesthesia) cases which keeps us damn busy! It will be the same tml i guess!
After new year, the list will turned back to its normal routine & its starting to be busy again cause Dec was damn relax as many Docs are on vacation! Aww, i hate busy days!
After work, met up w Bf for dinner. Dined in at Swensen, i had Chilli Fish Pasta & Banana Boat Ice-cream while Bf had the Chocolate Ice-cream. My stomach felt like exploding at the end of the meal but it was simply yummy!
My poor Bf was sick since ystd, in fact, his whole family fall sick! All was having fever accompanied by sore throat. OMFG, the virus is indeed infectious! I dunc mind being sick for 1 time cause i hav not fall sick for more den 5 years! He will be having his final year exam soon & yet he is sick! Speedy recovery darling!
